They criticized President Yoon, saying, "Senior Yoon Seok-yeol, class of '79, continues the war against the people by shifting all responsibility to the opposition party and the National Assembly without a single sincere apology."

Regarding Acting Prime Minister Han, they pointed out, "Senior Han Duck-soo, class of '67, instead of focusing on managing the chaos and stabilizing the situation, exercised veto power on six bills including the Grain Management Act, refused to submit the special investigation on the rebellion and Mrs. Kim Geon-hee to the Cabinet meeting, thereby exacerbating the confusion and declaring himself an accomplice in the rebellion."

The organizers defined 42 individuals, including government officials who attended the martial law declaration Cabinet meeting on the 3rd and lawmakers who abstained from the first vote on the impeachment motion against President Yoon, as 'traitors and collaborators in rebellion.' This includes President Yoon, Acting Prime Minister Han, former Minister of the Interior and Safety Lee Sang-min, Minister of Foreign Affairs Cho Tae-yeol, People Power Party lawmakers Kwon Young-se and Yoon Sang-hyun, among others. Choi Sang-mok, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance, who graduated from Seoul National University’s Department of Law, participated in the Cabinet meeting but was excluded from the list for opposing the martial law.
