Pocheon City Announces Recruitment for 2025 Environmental Agriculture College and Graduate School Freshmen

Pocheon City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Baek Young-hyun) announced on the 27th that it will recruit new students for the 2025 academic year Pocheon City Environmental Agriculture College and Graduate School from January 2 to January 31, 2025.

This recruitment is designed to strengthen the competitiveness of local agriculture and cultivate professional farmers who will lead the development of Pocheon agriculture. A total of 80 new students will be selected across three programs: Rural Convergence Industry Department (30 students), Smart Agriculture Department (30 students), and Graduate School Agricultural Business Major (20 students).

The curriculum consists of practical and specialized courses such as soil science, crop cultivation, agricultural management, rural experience, and brand development.

Meanwhile, since its establishment in 2005, the Pocheon City Environmental Agriculture College has produced 1,642 graduates, laying an important foundation for the development of Pocheon agriculture.
