HiZen R&M is showing strong performance. The stock price appears to be influenced by the prospect that OpenAI, the developer of Chat GPT, will enter the robot market. HiZen R&M is considered the only domestic company capable of providing smart actuator solutions for robots, with about 60 years of long-standing experience and technical know-how in the actuator field.

According to U.S. information technology (IT) related media, OpenAI is recently considering developing its own humanoid robot.
If OpenAI starts developing humanoid robots, it is expected to collaborate with robot startups in which it has invested. OpenAI received an investment of $6.6 billion (approximately 8.75 trillion KRW) last October. There is speculation that it could use this to acquire companies related to humanoid development. Previously, OpenAI invested in promising robotics startups such as Figure AI and 1X.
Market research firm SkyQuest Technology Research forecasts that the humanoid market size will grow from $1.48 billion (approximately 2.16 trillion KRW) in 2021 to $34.96 billion (approximately 51 trillion KRW) by 2030.

Regarding robot actuators and mobility drive modules, it stated that the company is developing permanent magnet drive modules for robots and mobility as core future vision technologies in the long term.
Stunning Value Research analyzed, "Robot actuators are used in quantities of 3 to 6 in existing industrial robots, but 18 to 75 in humanoid robots," adding, "The robot actuator market grows explosively as the humanoid robot market expands." They also emphasized, "They are already collaborating with numerous domestic companies."
