He is also a Seoul City Grade 2 (senior) public official known for his amicable personality and communication skills, receiving very positive evaluations from colleagues and other public officials.
In particular, during the difficult COVID-19 period, Deputy Mayor Jung served as the Deputy Mayor of Gangseo District for two and a half years, demonstrating a leading and exemplary attitude, earning recognition from both employees and those around him.
