Prosecutor Im stated, "The three electronic documents I submitted to Prosecutor General Yoon from February to March 2021 still remain in my electronic approval box," adding, "He was a cowardly Prosecutor General who extremely avoided face-to-face reports from the Inspection Department, so on February 26, I earnestly requested the staff officer in the attached office to deliver the report printed with a memo into the approval tray." She continued, "As a prosecutor who has ruled above the law, he abused his absolute prosecutorial power, and I had a premonition that 'if he becomes president, he will further abuse his even more powerful presidential authority, and then the prosecution will cross the line of turning a blind eye and covering up. Prosecutor Im said she saw news that the Joint Investigation Headquarters had secured President Yoon's general mobile phone call records, and as a junior who contacted President Yoon to offer advice after the December 3 emergency martial law incident, she disclosed the message (sent to President Yoon) in cooperation with the Joint Investigation Headquarters' investigation.

The text message contains content about the handling process of the 2021 former Prime Minister Han Myeong-sook's alleged witness tampering case, along with criticism of President Yoon's behavior as Prosecutor General at the time. It continues, "He read my emails during his candidacy for Prosecutor General but did not listen to me, and he did not even read the emails I sent during his tenure as Prosecutor General," adding, "He will now be held accountable for those numerous wrong choices, but I hope he will not show any more disgraceful behavior."
