Hanam-si, 2025 Special Membership Fee Delivered to the Korean Red Cross

Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 24th that on the 19th, it delivered a special Red Cross membership fee of 1.5 million KRW for 2025 to the Gyeonggi Province branch of the Korean Red Cross (Chairman Lee Jae-jung) at the mayor's office.

The delivery ceremony was attended by Mayor Lee Hyun-jae, Chairman Lee Jae-jung of the Gyeonggi Province branch of the Korean Red Cross, Kang Geum-deok, Chairwoman of the 12th Volunteer Society Hanam District Council, An Dong-bun, Chair of the Children and Youth Committee, An Yeol, General Affairs Manager, Choi Yang-soon, Public Relations Manager, and Choi Min-gyu, Director of the Central Volunteer Center of the Korean Red Cross.


Mayor Lee Hyun-jae said, "I am grateful for the Korean Red Cross's dedication to humanitarian activities carried out not only for neighbors in need but also in various disaster situations," adding, "We look forward to the continued efforts of the Red Cross, and Hanam City will also contribute to spreading a culture of sharing."


The Red Cross membership fee fundraising campaign, conducted for the humanitarian movement of the Red Cross, will be intensively carried out until March 31, 2025. The Red Cross membership fee payment slips will be mailed to household heads and businesses, and payments can be made through financial institutions, the internet, and mobile simple payment methods.
