The Gyeonggi-do Jeonse Damage Support Center published the 'Jeonse Damage Legal Consultation Casebook' on the 24th.
The legal consultation casebook guides tenants who become victims of jeonse fraud on representative legal measures to recover their jeonse deposit, including ▲obtaining an execution order ▲auction and public sale procedures ▲criminal complaint procedures for jeonse fraud. In particular, it contains 26 different types of jeonse fraud, introducing the issues of each case and the legal responses tenants should take.

It also provides information on legal support systems such as 'litigation representation and legal aid' and organizes legal terms related to jeonse contracts, such as provisional registration, mortgage, opposability, and tenant registration order, to make them easy to understand.
The center plans to distribute the Jeonse Damage Legal Consultation Casebook to visitors at the departments and centers of 31 cities and counties in the province.
