Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi Province, announced on the 24th that it received Santa gift sets worth 20 million KRW from Suwajin's Sarang Deohagi on the 23rd and held a delivery ceremony for the aid items. The Santa gift sets consist of premium winter blankets, daily necessities sets, and gim (seaweed) sets, and Kim Su-dong, CEO of Joeun Mart, attended on behalf of the organization to deliver the items.

Suwajin's Sarang Deohagi has been donating Santa gift sets annually since 2021, supporting households with students such as those headed by young guardians, grandparent-grandchild families, and single-parent families.
A representative of Suwajin's Sarang Deohagi said, "We hope the Santa gift sets will bring warm hope to the underprivileged neighbors in the region during the cold winter," and added, "Please deliver them with care."
Seo Tae-won, the county governor, expressed gratitude, saying, "Thank you for sharing your warm hearts with the underprivileged neighbors amid the harsh cold," and added, "Thanks to the donated Santa gift sets, we expect to have a warmer Christmas."
Gapyeong-gun plans to use the donated items for welfare projects aimed at low-income vulnerable groups and emphasized that warm sharing continues despite economic difficulties.
