Hana Securities analyzed on the 24th that Bitnine is expanding its business into the field of artificial intelligence (AI). No investment opinion or target price was provided.

Bitnine announced a change in its largest shareholder on the 28th of last month, confirming its acquisition by Directors Company. Directors Company is advancing into the global advertising market by providing high-quality video production solutions based on generative AI technology through its subsidiary, Directors Tech. It also secured related technological capabilities by acquiring 100% of the shares of Skyworks, which possesses generative AI video production technology that enables rapid creation of various advertising videos without filming.

Seongho Kim, a researcher at Hana Securities, stated, "With the confirmed acquisition by Directors Company, Bitnine is expected to enter the global AI software market by leveraging its competitive edge in large-scale data visualization and analysis through AgensGraph." He added, "Bitnine already has global corporations and networks in the United States, Canada, and other countries." He further noted, "Since Directors Tech and Skyworks also have global references, synergies for global business expansion are anticipated."

He emphasized, "Business expansion through Bitnine's technological capabilities and synergies among affiliates is expected to proceed actively within the advertising industry, where data analysis is highly necessary. Although there is performance volatility depending on the speed of new business entry, if the profit structure through business synergies among affiliates is fully realized, mid- to long-term performance growth can be expected."
