Dongbu Construction announced on the 23rd that 'Duryu Centreville The Park' located in Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu, is currently undergoing move-in after completion.

Duryu Centreville The Park was built with a total of 433 households across 4 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 27 floors above ground. Dongbu Construction explained that together with the adjacent complex 'Duryu Centreville The City,' completed in 2022, it forms a Centreville brand town with a total of 766 households in Duryu-dong.

Located in a double station area near Gamsam Station and Duryu Station, it offers easy access to the metropolitan transportation network including KTX and highways. It is close to large supermarkets and traditional markets, and elementary, middle, and high schools are within walking distance, providing an excellent educational environment. Additionally, Duryu Park and Duryu Outdoor Music Hall are located next to the complex, allowing residents to enjoy a pleasant natural environment and cultural life.
