Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced that starting from the 23rd, it will provide 'real-time waiting status inquiry' and 'online waiting ticket issuance' services for all civil service counters within the civil service office on the Hanam City website to enhance convenience for civil petitioners.
Hanam City will provide 'Real-time Waiting Status Inquiry' and 'Online Waiting Number Ticket Issuance' services for all civil service counters within the civil service office on the Hanam City website starting from the 23rd to enhance convenience for civil petitioners. Provided by Hanam City
This project is an upgraded service from last year's system installed in the civil service office, which allowed receiving notification messages on personal mobile phone numbers instead of issuing paper waiting tickets.
The usage method is as follows: on the Hanam City website - General Civil Service (Civil Service Convenience System) - Online Ticket Issuance, online ticket issuance is available when there are two or more people waiting, and the ticket is sent via KakaoTalk notification message. However, if the ticket number passes before arriving at the civil service office, a new ticket must be issued at the counter, so it is necessary to consider the arrival time when issuing tickets online.
Civil petitioners can check the waiting status from anywhere to use their waiting time efficiently, and civil service staff are expected to benefit from the dispersion effect of waiting petitioners and the reduction of response complaints.
Mayor Lee Hyun-jae of Hanam City said, “Our city has received the highest rating in civil service administration evaluation for three consecutive years. We will continue to strive to establish civil service systems that match this achievement and to provide civil services that citizens can truly feel.”
