Hanam-si, Online Media Satisfaction Evaluation... Positive Improvement in Policy Understanding Ratings

Hanam City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 23rd that the positive evaluation rate of policy understanding through the 2024 Hanam City online media (official SNS channels and homepage) satisfaction survey is 87.7%.

This survey was conducted from the 8th to the 29th of last month targeting users of Hanam City's online media, with a total of 2,127 participants.

The survey items included usage purpose, desired information, and evaluation of posted content. The results showed that the majority of respondents use online media to search for tourist attractions, check city administration news, and confirm notification content.

In particular, the positive evaluation that policy understanding has increased through Hanam City's online media was 87.7%, up 3.9% compared to last year. The content provided received high scores for being easy, accurate, and containing the desired information and services.

Citizens who participated in the survey expressed opinions such as, "The cute Hanam-i Bangwool-i character creates various contents which are interesting," "I hope there will be more information about Hanam City's various tourist attractions, restaurants, events, and city administration information," and "I hope there will be more opportunities for citizens to participate through various events."

A Hanam City official said, "We will review the diverse opinions of citizens and strive to operate Hanam City's online media smoothly and diversely in 2025 as well."
