The event, held on the 20th at the CJ Human Resources Development Center located in Jung-gu, Seoul, was planned to invite executives from major partner companies to share this year's co-prosperity support achievements and to foster long-term cooperative relationships.
At this event, CJ CheilJedang presented forecasts for next year's business environment and industry status, and introduced enhanced customized co-prosperity support programs for partner companies. Additionally, the Trends & Insights team shared insights on food industry trends.
This year, CJ CheilJedang expanded financial support for stable business operations and customized consulting to improve productivity for its partners. Along with this, it has been conducting various co-prosperity activities that provide practical assistance, including establishing a 'Win-Win Fund' worth 10 billion KRW. Next year, through close cooperation, the company plans to further strengthen the quality management system and focus on ESG-related education and systematic support so that all partner companies recognize and practice the importance of sustainable management.
The CJ Partners Club began in 1989 under the name ‘Hyupdanghoe’ and is currently the representative organization of CJ CheilJedang’s partner companies council. It operates to promote mutual benefits and healthy development through active information exchange and joint technology development. Together with excellent suppliers of food raw materials, packaging materials, and equipment, the club seeks ‘win-win strategies’ through four meetings held annually.
Oh Hyun-sik, Head of Food Purchasing at CJ CheilJedang, stated, “A close partnership will be a great driving force in creating breakthroughs to overcome the challenging business environment,” and added, “We will continue to do our best to foster a healthy food industry ecosystem and promote the development of both companies.”
