Currently, there are 1,067 designated Safe Restaurants in Jeollanam-do. These establishments are provided with hygiene supplies such as Safe Restaurant stickers, masks, and aprons.
Lee Sangsim, Director of Health and Welfare for Jeollanam-do, stated, "We will continue to expand the operation of Safe Restaurants and lead initiatives to improve dining culture, such as individual portioning." He added, "We will do our best to create a safe dining environment where tourists visiting Jeollanam-do can enjoy their meals with peace of mind."
