The Eastern Regional Headquarters of Jeollanam-do is receiving a great response by hosting open lectures that provide practical help to residents.

At the 19th lecture held on the 20th, more than 400 residents attended, and Han Mooncheol, a top lawyer in the field of traffic accident handling known as 'Hanbulri', delivered a lecture.

Lawyer Han Mooncheol gave a lecture on the topic of "Preventing and Avoiding Traffic Accidents," using black box footage to present various traffic accident cases, prevention tips, and response strategies. He emphasized to the local community that the best way to prevent traffic accidents is to comply with traffic laws.

Residents who attended the lecture said, "We learned about various types of traffic accidents and how to respond to them, which we did not know before," and added, "It was a reminder that to prevent the most frequent and dangerous accidents in daily life, both drivers and pedestrians must strictly follow traffic regulations."
