HS Hyosung announced on the 22nd that it held the '2024 Proud HS Hyosung Employee of the Year Award' ceremony for the first time since its launch.
The ceremony, held on the 20th, was organized to encourage the hard work of employees who have done their best in their respective positions since the new start. The first recipient of the 'Proud HS Hyosung Employee of the Year Award' was selected as Yoojo Jeong, PL (Performance Leader) of the ESG Management Team at HS Hyosung Advanced Materials, and awarded a prize of 50 million KRW and a plaque.
Jeong PL, the first female awardee since the launch, established a supply chain due diligence system and completed improvement tasks such as strengthening climate response capabilities. She was recognized for her contribution to enhancing the company's external image and expanding business activities by helping HS Hyosung Advanced Materials achieve the highest rating, the Platinum Medal (top 1% globally), from EcoVadis, the world's largest supply chain ESG evaluation agency.
On this day, HS Hyosung employees invited Jeong PL's family, including her spouse and three children, to the ceremony, presenting bouquets and holding refreshments to celebrate. Unlike traditional formal award ceremonies, this event was held in a comfortable and warm atmosphere.
