Namyangju-si Conducts Reemployment Support Service Training for Soon-to-Retire Employees

This training was attended by about 20 people who met the eligibility criteria for reemployment support services among fixed-term public officials, security guards, public workers, and contract workers working in the city. It consisted of practical content such as △career planning after retirement △utilization of various support systems △guidance on reemployment job opportunities.


In particular, Namyangju City strengthened the program to help retirees design diverse and substantial career paths by supporting the costs of various reemployment-related job training courses operated at the ‘Namyangju Dasan Seodang.’


A Namyangju City official said, “We prepared this training with the heart of supporting a new start for those who have devoted themselves to the development of city administration and the happiness of citizens during their tenure,” adding, “We hope that retirees in Namyangju City can continue a stable life after retirement through this training.”


Namyangju City has provided reemployment support services to workers three times from 2022 to the present.
