Yangju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Kang Su-hyun) successfully concluded the urban regeneration archiving exhibition "Urban Regeneration 2024 (D:)" held from the 16th to the 20th on the 3rd floor open gallery of the city hall.

The exhibition was attended by Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju City, members of the Nam-myeon Urban Regeneration Residents' Council, and the Sanbuk Urban Regeneration Residents' Council, with over 500 visitors in total over the five days.
The exhibition showcased a total of 23 works, including the current status of Yangju City's urban regeneration projects, urban regeneration records (photos), and urban regeneration character illustrations, sharing the achievements made through urban regeneration this year.
In particular, photo works capturing the past and the transformed present of the three areas of Deokjeong, Nam-myeon, and Sanbuk in Yangju City through urban regeneration, as well as illustrations and specialized product displays using Yangju City's urban regeneration characters, were arranged to allow visitors to share the unique urban regeneration values of each area and experience artistic expressions through various works.
During the exhibition period, a "Vote for the Most Anticipated Yangju City Urban Regeneration Project Site in 2025" event was held, where participants received stickers of the integrated urban regeneration brand character, enhancing character recognition and generating positive responses.
Mayor Kang Su-hyun of Yangju City stated, "Thanks to the residents who actively participated in the urban regeneration projects despite their busy livelihoods and served as guides, we were able to smoothly carry out this year's projects," adding, "We will continue to actively communicate with local residents and do our best to promote urban regeneration projects where residents take the lead and live happily."
