Booyoung Housing announced on the 20th that it is supplying the remaining units of the ‘Wonju Musil Sarangro Booyoung Apartment’ in Gangwon on a first-come, first-served basis.

This complex, which began occupancy in 2012, is a 10-year public rental apartment. Recently, the mandatory rental period expired, and after completing the sale conversion, the remaining units are being sold. Once the contract procedures are completed, immediate move-in is possible. Booyoung stated, “Since the units are supplied at reasonable prices compared to surrounding market prices, we expect them to be quickly sold out due to the interest of prospective homeowners.”

Wonju Musil Sarangro Booyoung Apartment consists of 10 buildings ranging from one basement floor to 18 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters. Within the complex, there is the Booyoung Sarangro Daycare Center, supported as part of Booyoung Group’s childcare support project.

The complex is located in the central area of Wonju, close to commercial facilities such as large supermarkets and cinemas, and is near Solsaem Elementary School, Daeseong Middle and High Schools, and Samyuk Elementary, Middle, and High Schools.
