Korea Pharma announced on the 20th that it has obtained the Family-Friendly Certification, overseen by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.
The Family-Friendly Certification is granted by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family under Article 15 of the Act on the Promotion of Creating a Family-Friendly Social Environment. It is awarded to companies and public institutions that exemplary operate related systems such as support for childbirth and child-rearing, flexible working hours, and the creation of a family-friendly workplace culture.
The company obtained the Family-Friendly Certification after undergoing evaluation procedures including document review, employee satisfaction surveys and interviews, and on-site inspections. It received high praise for actively operating various support systems to balance work and life for employees, based on strong interest and commitment from top management.
