The Office of International Affairs at Honam University (Director Son Wani) and the Department of Business Administration (Head Yang Dongmin) are achieving significant results in their joint Sino-Korean program with Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College in China, fostering exchange and cooperation between the two institutions.


Professors Kyung Seongrim, Jin Chunhua, Yang Jiwi, Jin Sung, and Oh Jin from the School of Business Administration at Honam University are visiting Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College until the 27th, delivering intensive lectures on various business administration subjects including Human Resource Management, Principles of Business Administration, Financial Management, Management Science, and ERP.


This program, which is systematically conducted with the approval of the Chinese Ministry of Education, has left a strong impression on local students through the passionate lectures of Honam University professors, resulting in high levels of engagement and positive feedback.


Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College, a public university under Shandong Province established in 1977, is a mid-sized institution with 430 full-time faculty members and over 11,000 students. This dispatch has served as an important stepping stone to further solidify cooperation and expand academic exchange between the two universities.


Through this exchange, Honam University is focusing on supporting the academic growth of students at Shandong Foreign Trade Vocational College while also encouraging them to consider studying abroad at Honam University.


Son Wani, Director of the Office of International Affairs at Honam University, stated, "We plan to further strengthen exchanges with local Chinese universities and promote various joint Sino-Korean programs across different majors in the future."
