The Community Chest of Korea conducts the 'Hope Sharing Campaign' every year from December 1 to January 31 of the following year to help neighbors in need during the year-end and New Year holidays. Hyundai Motor Group has also shared this intention by donating to the Community Chest of Korea annually since 2003. The cumulative total amount of donations over 22 years up to this year is 429 billion KRW.

President Jang Jae-hoon said, "We believe that helping neighbors through sharing and solving various social problems is also an important role of a company, which is why we decided to donate again this year. We hope that those in need will have hope and spend a warm year-end."

Hyundai Motor Group practices sharing by carrying out various social contribution activities along with the year-end neighborly love donation. Hyundai Engineering (230 million KRW), Hyundai Construction (220 million KRW), and Hyundai Mobis (100 million KRW) also participated in donations by delivering employee donations and joint labor-management special social contribution funds to the Community Chest of Korea.

On the 6th of this month, Hyundai Motor Ulsan Plant conducted the 'Blue Santa' program, providing Christmas meals and gifts to low-income children in the local community. Kia is carrying out the 'Move On' project, which involves volunteer activities in areas near its business sites including its Seoul headquarters, Gwangmyeong, Hwaseong, and Gwangju plants, and Hyundai Wia plans to donate 10 vehicles, including one truck converted into a meal truck, to welfare facilities near its business sites.
