This exhibition emphasizes the importance of addressing environmental issues and climate change, highlighting Seoul's traditional and modern values under the theme 'Plus Seoul (+SEOUL)'.

Now in its third year, this event is a continuation of the 'Fashion Collaboration International Exchange Exhibition' and the '[Korea] 30th Anniversary International Exchange Exhibition,' and will be held alongside the '2024 ESG+Seoul Conference.'

The exhibition showcases content reflecting ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) values through a design approach to urban environmental issues and climate change. Such design content is expected to contribute to the development of K-design and the tourism industry through commercialization potential.

The association plans to use the proceeds from this exhibition to support the movement aiding descendants of independence activists. Additionally, by providing design content to small and medium-sized enterprises, it aims to promote social return and a culture of donation, taking the lead in sustainable development and fulfilling social responsibility.

An association official stated, "This exhibition is an opportunity to fulfill social responsibility through creative design and deliver a message for a sustainable future," adding, "We hope this will serve as a catalyst to lead the Korean Wave in design."

The Visual Information Design Association of Korea (VIDAK), founded in 1994 by the collective will of over 300 designers, has served as a hub for communication and growth among domestic visual designers while contributing to enhancing national industrial competitiveness. Marking its 30th anniversary this year, the association promotes various projects including securing rights and fostering fellowship among domestic visual designers, exchanging with related organizations and groups at home and abroad, collecting and researching design-related information domestically and internationally, database creation and distribution, and various research and development activities related to visual information design.
