S Food Donates 600 Million Won... Comprehensive food company S Food Co., Ltd. (CEO Seongsu Jo) announced that on the 11th, at the sponsorship fund delivery ceremony held at Yonsei Medical Center’s main hall, CEO Seongsu Jo of S Food donated 600 million KRW to Yonsei University Medical Center’s Medical Nutrition research.


The donated fund will be used for the Medical Nutrition research led by Professor Jiwon Lee of the Department of Family Medicine at Severance Hospital. This research aims to activate nutrition-based medical research and treatment, and furthermore, to deliver the benefits of the research to many people.


Since its establishment in 1987, S Food has consistently invested in nutrition research and development under the mission of “Better Food, Better World.” In particular, from 2017 for three years, S Food collaborated with Gangnam Severance Hospital to conduct over 2,500 clinical studies, resulting in the launch of the food care brand “Medisolla” in November 2020.


“Medisolla” provides optimal nutrition solutions based on clinical evidence from medical professionals, continuously developing customized health diets tailored not only for life cycle health care but also for various diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, and cancer.


CEO Seongsu Jo of S Food stated, “This donation is an important step in line with our corporate mission ‘Better Food, Better World,’” adding, “Our goal is to lay the foundation for a healthy life through nutritional research and ultimately provide healthy food to many people.”


S Food plans to continue its efforts to positively impact society through research and development of healthy food.
