Sahakyeongeum Hosts the '2024 Management Performance Excellence Case Competition'

The Private School Teachers' Pension Service (Sahakyeongeum) announced on the 19th that it held the "2024 Management Performance Excellence Case Competition" on the 16th at the Sahakyeongeum headquarters seminar room.


Sahakyeongeum Hosts the '2024 Management Performance Excellence Case Competition' Provided by the Private School Teachers' Pension

This competition was organized to discover the organization's representative management achievements of the year, motivate performance creation through sharing excellent cases and mutual communication, and to explore the future development direction of the organization based on the discovered achievements. Through this competition, Sahakyeongeum identified and shared a total of 72 excellent cases submitted across three categories: ▲Best practice Proactive administration and innovation Collaboration. In particular, outstanding cases that produced remarkable results in each category were selected and awarded on site.


The top cases selected on the day were: in the Best practice category, "The only unemployment safety net in occupational pensions, the first design and legislative proposal of job-seeking support allowance"; in the Proactive administration and innovation category, "Resolving a long-standing issue by linking court data through digital innovation technology"; and in the Collaboration category, "Enhancement of digital electronic notification service functions."


A representative from the Sahakyeongeum Evaluation and Analysis Team explained, "The Management Performance Excellence Case Competition held annually at the end of the year is significant in discovering the representative achievements of each department ahead of management evaluations, promoting them internally and externally, and clearly explaining excellent achievements to key stakeholders, thus playing an important role in the discovery and sharing of performance."


Song Hajung, Director of Sahakyeongeum, said, "Excellent results were achieved thanks to the efforts of all departments and employees who diligently performed foundational tasks invisibly, including the achievements of the award-winning departments," and added, "We will continue to do our best to create sustainable management performance through discovering Sahakyeongeum’s representative achievements, encouraging proactive administration and innovation, and fostering organic collaboration between departments."
