[Breaking] Supreme Court Rules "Conditional Bonuses Also Included in Ordinary Wages"... Applies from After Judgment

On the 19th, the Supreme Court abolished the concept of the 'fixed nature' of bonuses and ruled that they are included in the ordinary wages regardless of conditions. However, it added that for legal stability and protection of trust, the new doctrine should be applied only to the calculation of ordinary wages from that day onward.
