The 3rd Miri Nae Jip will recruit tenants for six new complexes. First, a total of 98 households will be supplied at "Maple Xi" in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu. This includes 47 units with an exclusive area of 43㎡ and 51 units with 49㎡. Located between Jamwon Station on Subway Line 3 and Banpo Station on Line 7, it offers convenient transportation and is close to department stores, general hospitals, and Jamwon Hangang Park, which is expected to attract great interest.

"Cheonggye SK View" in Yongdap-dong, Seongdong-gu, located along the Cheonggyecheon stream, will supply a total of 53 households, including 32 units of 44㎡ and 21 units of 59㎡. It is close to Sindap Station on Line 2 and Dapsimni Station on Line 5, with nearby Cheonggyecheon waterfront park, providing a pleasant residential environment.

Additionally, tenant recruitment will be held for 86 households at "Moa Elga Treview" in Oryu-dong, Guro-gu; 40 households at "Granz River Park" in Seongnae-dong, Gangdong-gu; 22 households at "Hillstate Cheongnyangni Metreble" in Yongdu-dong, Dongdaemun-gu; and 5 households at "Singil AK Prugio" in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu.

Furthermore, the 1st Miri Nae Jip at "Olympic Park Foreon" in Dunchon-dong, Gangdong-gu, plans to recruit additional tenants for 9 units of 59㎡ that were not contracted.

The recruitment announcement for Miri Nae Jip can be found on the Seoul Housing & Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) website. Applicants must be newlyweds who have registered their marriage within 7 years or prospective newlyweds who plan to register their marriage within 6 months from the announcement date, and both spouses must not have owned a house within 5 years as of the announcement date.

Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon said, "Hearing feedback such as 'I started preparing for marriage after winning Miri Nae Jip and postponing it,' and 'I began planning for a second child' strengthens my determination to accelerate the supply," adding, "We will do our best to supply as many Miri Nae Jip units as possible in the future."

Miri Nae Jip is a low birthrate countermeasure introduced by Seoul City to provide newlyweds planning childbirth or marriage with stable housing and opportunities to own a home. Even if only one child is born after moving in, tenants can renew their lease every two years regardless of income or asset increases. For households with an increased number of members due to additional children after moving in, incentives such as extending the residence period up to 20 years and supporting purchases at prices lower than market value are provided.

In the two tenant recruitments held this year, the 1st Olympic Park Foreon in July and the 2nd Lotte Castle Eastpole (Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu) in August, the highest competition rate reached 216 to 1.
