Signing of Business Agreement for Joint Project 추진
DK Techin announced on the 19th that it has signed a business agreement with smart home specialist company Commax to jointly promote the AI smart home platform ‘Kakao Home’.
Through this agreement, both companies will promote ▲advancement of conversational smart home AI services ▲integration with wall pads and quality testing ▲joint marketing and sales activities. In particular, they plan to focus on enhancing the competitiveness of their products by combining DK Techin’s ‘Kakao Home’ with Commax’s residential and community management systems.

DK Techin plans to advance its services by integrating AI agent functions into the smart home platform Kakao Home, enabling users to naturally control lighting, heating, and home appliances through conversations with the wall pad, as well as easily manage various residential environments such as elevator calls and community facility reservations.
Commax is a smart home and security solution specialist company established in 1968, developing various products such as home network equipment, wall pads, digital door locks, and CCTV. Recently, to maximize user convenience, it has introduced intelligent IoT products and is working to popularize AI-applied smart home infrastructure.
Wonju Lee, CEO of DK Techin, said, “We will focus on developing AI smart homes that strengthen connectivity with spaces so that we can expand our business areas beyond residential complexes to offices, hospitals, and smart cities.”
