He then urged, "Everyone should also inform the US CIA about such awake and excellent Korean celebrities," sharing a 'List of Celebrities Supporting Impeachment.' On the 16th, a post titled "Reported IU to the CIA" was also uploaded on the DC Inside National Emergency Committee gallery. The author, Mr. A, attached an image showing the submission of the report to the CIA and suggested, "Let's start a certification relay." Along with this, he posted a 'Yoon Seok-yeol Impeachment Support List' gathering voices supporting the impeachment rally or celebrities who prepaid. The image included links to report these individuals to the CIA. The CIA is known to operate a separate reporting site where one can submit reports by entering phone numbers, emails, and other information.

Meanwhile, on the 13th, a day before the vote on the impeachment motion against President Yoon, IU's agency, Edam Entertainment, announced prepayment news for rally participants through the official fan cafe. They stated, "We prepared food and hot packs hoping that the hands of UAENA (the fandom name), who are holding IU light sticks and attending the rally in the cold weather, will be a little warmer," and added, "Please take care of your health and safety and visit the designated stores." According to the announcement, IU's side prepaid 700 food items at five locations near the National Assembly in Yeouido, Seoul, including bakeries and soup restaurants where the rally was held.
