[Special Stock] Haitai Confectionery & Foods Gains Attention for Collaboration Ahead of 'Ojingeo Game 2' Release

Haitai Confectionery & Foods is showing strong performance. This is interpreted as a result of the spotlight on confectionery product collaborations ahead of the release of the Netflix original series 'Squid Game' Season 2.


As of 1:30 PM on the 18th, Haitai Confectionery & Foods is trading at 6,900 KRW, up 10.43% compared to the previous day.


In the TV-OTT drama buzz survey for the second week of December, announced by Good Data Corporation, an institution analyzing the online competitiveness of K-content, 'Squid Game 2' ranked first. Although 'Squid Game 2' will be released on the 26th, it secured the top spot two weeks in advance.


Considering that the Netflix original series 'The Glory Part 2' ranked fifth with a buzz score of around 15,000 points two weeks before its release, 'Squid Game 2' showed a high pre-release response by surpassing 20,000 points and taking first place.


Meanwhile, Haitai Confectionery previously launched the ‘Squid Game Roasted Potato Slim,’ which faithfully recreates the ‘Dalgona Picking Game.’
