'Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier' 1st Priority Average Competition Rate 3.36 to 1

84㎡A Type Highest 32.5 to 1
Second Priority Applications Underway for Some Types

Shindongah Construction and Moa General Construction recorded an average competition rate of 3.36 to 1 in the first-priority subscription for ‘Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier’ supplied in Godeok International New City, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do.

According to the Korea Real Estate Agency's subscription homepage on the 18th, a total of 1,093 applicants applied for 325 households (excluding special supply) in the first-priority subscription for 'Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier' held the previous day, recording an average competition rate of 3.36 to 1. Some types will accept second-priority subscriptions on the same day.


The exclusive 84㎡A type recorded the highest competition rate of 32.50 to 1 in the other Gyeonggi areas. The average competition rate for the 84㎡A type in the first priority was 8.66 to 1. The 84㎡B type closed with 109 applicants for 79 households at 1.37 to 1, and the 99㎡ type closed with 291 applicants for 166 households at 1.75 to 1.


Although subscription applications exceeded the number of households recruited in all types in the first-priority subscription results, the 84㎡B and 99㎡ types will proceed with second-priority subscriptions. This is because up to five times (500%) of the number of preliminary winners can be selected in preparation for non-contracts by subscription winners.


Godeok International New City Miraedo Familier is being constructed in Godeok-dong, Pyeongtaek-si, Gyeonggi-do (Godeok Residential Development District A-50BL) with 10 buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 23, totaling 642 households with exclusive areas of 84㎡ and 99㎡. In this main subscription, 461 households were allocated excluding pre-subscription winners.


The winners will be announced on the 24th, and the official contract will be conducted over three days from January 6 to 8 next year. Interest-free benefits on interim payments are provided to alleviate the initial housing fund burden. Move-in is scheduled for September 2025.


A sales official said, "The reasonable sale price set by the price ceiling system, along with differentiated educational environment and pleasant residential environment, received high evaluations from housing demanders, leading to excellent subscription results. Abundant housing demand is expected centered around the nearby Samsung Semiconductor Pyeongtaek Campus, and since residential convenience is expected to improve significantly in the future, the residential value will increase further."
