Seven Eleven, Japan Travel Essential 'Ohayo Jersey Pudding' Refrigerated Direct Sourcing

Seven Eleven will be the first in Korea to directly source and offer 'Ohayo Jersey Pudding,' Japan's number one convenience store pudding, nationwide from the 21st. Ohayo Jersey Pudding uses 'Jersey milk' (milk from Jersey cows), famous as the milk of the British royal family, to enhance its taste and texture. It is well-known for its soft texture like eating fresh cream and its cute packaging inspired by a farm milk bottle design, but since its launch in Japan in 1999, it has never been exported. Seven Eleven explained that they introduced a high-speed ferry and went through various processes to bring this product to Korea. The price is 4,000 won.

CJ CheilJedang's brand Bibigo has launched Season 3 of the 'Bibigo Chef Collection,' which captures the flavors of star chefs. The Bibigo Chef Collection is a meal kit that allows you to enjoy Korean fine dining dishes by Michelin-starred chefs at home. This Season 3 collaborates with Chef Kim Ho-young, who operates the Korean fine dining restaurant ‘JUA’ in New York, USA. The new products co-developed by CJ CheilJedang and Chef Kim include ▲Abalone and Scallop Perilla Leaf and Dried Radish Greens Steamed Dish ▲Sous Vide LA Galbi Steak with Shishito Pepper Sauce ▲Cheongyang Cream Kalguksu (hand-cut noodles). Familiar ingredients such as LA galbi, dried radish greens, shishito peppers, and green onions are reinterpreted with modern American and French techniques to present Korean cuisine in a new way.

Rolling Pasta Launches 'Lemon Butter Pasta' with a Hint of Lemon

The Born Korea’s pasta specialty brand Rolling Pasta is introducing a new 'Lemon Butter Pasta.' After the popularity of the limited seasonal 'Butter Garlic Pasta' launched last May, Rolling Pasta developed the Lemon Butter Pasta as a follow-up menu. This Lemon Butter Pasta features plump shrimp and arugula topped with a special lemon butter. The lemon butter, developed with Rolling Pasta’s unique know-how, is served in a round shape on top of the pasta. Additionally, the flavor is deepened with extra virgin olive oil, sliced garlic, and Grana Padano cheese.

HiteJinro is launching products from the world-renowned Oregon region wineries in the United States, 'Bethel Heights Vineyard' and 'Chehalem Wines.' The wines imported by HiteJinro are highly rated by critics for every vintage and are imported in very limited quantities. Bethel Heights Vineyard is a historic family-run winery established in 1977 by the Castille family. It produces high-quality wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vines planted before the discovery of phylloxera (a pest that attacks grapevine roots) in the Oregon region. The wines being launched by HiteJinro include seven types from Bethel Heights and six types from Chehalem Wines.
