Generative AI technology has recently attracted significant attention from companies, but existing models have faced several limitations such as hallucination issues and inconsistent answer quality, even when combined with fine-tuning or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques. In this context, AI agents have gained attention as intelligent technologies that autonomously perform tasks and make decisions. Through interaction with users, they handle various tasks and are expected to contribute to work automation and productivity improvement.
Deloitte Consulting and Mindwareworks plan to establish a cooperative system through the MOU to respond to technological demands and support companies in successfully achieving digital transformation by utilizing generative AI technology. Deloitte Consulting intends to provide consulting services to companies seeking to adopt generative AI by leveraging its years of accumulated experience in process innovation and digital transformation consulting across all industries. Mindwareworks will provide an AI agent workflow platform based on its experience building chatbot and AI contact center (AICC) solutions for domestic financial institutions and global markets, and is expected to take charge of technical support to enable companies to easily operate generative AI services.
Bae Jaemin, CEO of Deloitte Consulting, stated, “Corporate interest in AI agent technology is growing. Strengthening this partnership combines Mindwareworks’ expertise in AI agents with Deloitte’s capabilities to effectively support companies in achieving generative AI-based transformation.”
Lee Jaein, CEO of Mindwareworks, said, “Based on our experience operating chatbot and AICC platforms, we concluded that the optimal solution to complement the limitations of generative AI technology is an AI agent workflow platform. Through this collaboration, we aim to secure success cases with major domestic and international companies and establish ourselves as a reliable partner supporting stable AI technology adoption together with Deloitte.”
