Honam University announced on the 17th that Professor Yoon Young (Department of Global Korean Language Education) recently met with professors in charge of Korean language education at major universities in Hong Kong, including the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, to hold a discussion session. During the meeting, they discussed the 'KF Global e-School Korean Language Education' project and agreed to expand exchanges.
From the 12th for three days, Professor Yoon Young held meetings to check the current status of Korean language education and the courses offered at each university, and took time to provide a detailed introduction to the KF Global e-School Korean Language Education VOD developed by Honam University.
They also discussed various procedures, requirements, and methods of utilizing the KF Global e-School Korean Language Education project.
Professor Yoon stated, "Through this visit, I could clearly feel that the number of outstanding students in Hong Kong who want to learn Korean is increasing," and added, "I will continue to communicate and exchange with various universities in Hong Kong in the future."
