Since establishing the medical corporation in 2014, Uijeongbu Paik Hospital has continued to donate funds annually to help neighbors in need.
In particular, as a regional emergency medical institution, it has been actively accepting emergency patients to minimize the inconvenience of medical use for citizens amid the prolonged medical service gap, striving to improve public health and welfare in the area.
Mayor Kim Dong-geun said, "In Uijeongbu, a patient-sharing system is well operated where five general hospitals actively accept emergency patients according to their respective capacities. We appreciate your attention and support not only for patients but also for neighbors in difficulty. We will ensure that this donation is delivered to those in need."
