IT consulting specialist JY&Company announced on the 17th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for strategic business partnership with WMB.
JY&Company provides customized strategies and solutions to companies requiring digital transformation (DX) and business innovation. The company stated that this collaboration with WMB is significant as it lays the foundation for delivering more powerful solutions and services by combining JY&Company’s DX consulting capabilities with WMB’s IT integrated management and data visualization technologies.
According to the MOU, both companies agreed to build a cooperative relationship through joint ownership of solutions, mutual support for projects, joint sales and marketing activities, sharing of technical information, and mutual assistance.
