The Korea Foundation for Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (WISET) announced on the 16th that it will provide AI-recommended job information and talent information services on the women's science and technology professional growth support platform 'W-Bridge'.
This service was developed to analyze women's science and technology professionals' resume information and employment preference information using a large language model (LLM) method to provide suitable job information to job seekers. When job seekers register their resumes and employment preferences, AI automatically recommends job information.
Women science and technology professionals and companies seeking to hire women science and technology professionals can register job-seeking and recruitment information on W-Bridge and receive recommendations for suitable companies and talents through AI.
The service will undergo a three-month pilot operation and will be fully launched starting April next year.
Moon Aeri, Chairperson of WISET, said, "We will establish a system where the expertise of each woman science and technology professional can be further demonstrated using AI technology, and continuously expand the information network that connects industry and women science and technology professionals."
