From the 4th to the 5th, over two days, the festival was held at the College of Education and the College of Humanities at Silla University, with 526 faculty, staff, and students participating. The event introduced the learning competency enhancement programs operated throughout the year, expanded awareness of project achievements, and encouraged student participation.

The Center for Teaching and Learning Development organized various programs including △ screening of CTL introduction videos △ guidance on learning competency enhancement programs △ exhibitions of activity outcomes and videos △ presentations of best practices. Additionally, event booths featuring quizzes, stamp tours, custom pen-making experiences, and snacks were operated to engage students.

Furthermore, among student teams participating in Silla University’s learning competency enhancement programs such as ‘Baekyang Tutoring’, ‘Major Study Guide Activities’, ‘University Life Video Production Contest’, and ‘Silla Learning Mentoring’, 14 outstanding teams were selected and honored in an awards ceremony where achievements were shared.

Han Ji-young, director of the Center for Teaching and Learning Development, stated, “It was a meaningful time with many faculty, staff, and students participating. Through this event, I hope it helped build consensus on the learning competency enhancement programs, improve students’ learning abilities, and assist their adaptation to university life. I also hope that even more students will participate in the CTL’s learning programs next year to benefit from them.”
