[Photo] Moa Town in Beondong, Gangbuk-gu, Scheduled for Completion and Move-in by 2028

On the 16th, houses in the Moa Town area of Beondong 1-5 districts in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, are about to be demolished. Gangbuk-gu Beondong Moa Town, selected as the first 'Moa Town'?Seoul City's redevelopment model for aging low-rise residential areas?has completed tenant relocation and is finally commencing construction. This comes about three years after the city announced its Moa Town and Moa Housing promotion plan. Beondong Moa Town was chosen as a pilot project site in January 2022 alongside the announcement of the Moa Town and Moa Housing promotion plan, and has since progressed rapidly with full administrative support from the city and Gangbuk-gu. Demolition began last month, with completion and occupancy scheduled for 2028.
