The company set the shareholder return rate, including dividends and treasury share repurchases and cancellations, at 40%, exceeding the average of domestic peers and the manufacturing industry. The minimum dividend is set at last year's annual dividend level (1,600 KRW per share), and dividends, which were paid twice a year, will now be paid quarterly.

From the first quarter to the third quarter of next year, a dividend of 400 KRW per share will be paid at the end of each quarter. The fourth quarter settlement dividend will be at least 400 KRW per share, and depending on the shareholder return rate and market conditions, the company will choose between additional dividends or treasury share repurchases.

Additionally, through special shareholder returns, the company announced it will repurchase and cancel treasury shares worth 200 billion KRW starting this month.

The company set a sales target of 12 billion USD, approximately 16 trillion KRW, by 2030, growing at an average annual rate of 12%, and stated it will pursue true corporate value enhancement through business growth alongside shareholder returns.

A Doosan Bobcat official said, "Achieving profitability at the level of a global leading company and implementing shareholder returns require sales growth through M&A (mergers and acquisitions) and technological innovation. We will prioritize investment for growth in capital allocation and share actively with our shareholders through proactive shareholder returns."
