Hanyang announced on the 16th that it was selected as the preferred negotiation partner for the P2 zone in the ‘Package-type Public Offering Project’ for Pyeongtaek Godeok International New City, which was publicly offered by the Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) on the 11th.

Hanyang participated in this public offering as a consortium with 51% stake, along with Jeil Construction (34%) and Daebo Construction (15%). The P2 zone consists of Abc-14, Abc-61, and A-67BL design competitions with a land cost of 308.1 billion KRW, and the Abc-25BL private participation public housing project with a project cost of 275.6 billion KRW. The P2 zone covers a total site area of approximately 165,715㎡ (about 50,000 pyeong) across four blocks, where 2,432 apartment units will be supplied.
The Pyeongtaek Godeok package-type public offering project was evaluated separately for the design competition and the private participation public housing project. Hanyang received high marks in the design competition by proposing ▲a complex layout considering a large central plaza and visual corridors ▲specialized slab-type floor plans reflecting user needs. In the private participation public housing project, it was highly rated for ▲a complex layout plan centered around the central plaza ▲specialized community facilities such as a sky lounge and a children’s futsal field.
Hanyang diversified its order channels this year not only through public offering projects but also urban redevelopment projects, design competitions, and SOC projects. In urban redevelopment, it secured orders for ▲Goyang Haengsin 1-1 district redevelopment project ▲Incheon Bugae 4 district redevelopment project. For design competitions, it won the ▲Pyeongtaek Godeok package-type public offering project, and in SOC, it secured orders for ▲Incheon International Airport cargo aircraft maintenance apron facility construction, successfully diversifying its order channels.
In July, together with BS Industry, a subsidiary of the same Boseong Group, Hanyang secured the business rights for blocks B1 and B2 of the Pungmu Station area urban development project, and in November, it additionally won the contract for the Uijeongbu Ujeong A-1BL apartment construction project, section 1.
Regarding sales, the ‘Hangang Sujain Obcent’ with 3,058 units, redeveloped from Gimpo Bukbyeon 4 district and supplied in September, was sold out within two weeks of contract commencement. Additionally, this year’s completed complexes such as ‘Daegu Hanyang Sujain The Felicity’ and ‘Busan Eco Delta Smart City Sujain’ successfully completed move-ins.
A Hanyang official stated, “We will leverage stable order volume as a driving force to selectively promote high-quality projects,” adding, “The year 2025 will focus on securing stability and growth through thorough cost management and efficiency enhancement.”
