Despite the cold weather, about 30 residents attended the Mobile Mayor's Office that day, showing the local residents' interest in city administration issues.
Mayor Lee Hyun-jae, along with key officials related to the issues such as the Director of the Autonomous Administration Bureau and the Director of the Urban Housing Bureau, listened carefully to each resident's suggestions and conducted consultations.
Regarding the complaint about the road in front of Gam-il Baekje Middle School remaining unopened and stagnant, Mayor Lee Hyun-jae responded, "The delay is due to coordination issues with the road construction company, but we will open it as soon as possible."
In response to the request to alleviate the inconvenience of nearby detached house residents by adjusting the location of traffic blocking facilities before the road opens, he instructed the relevant departments to consult again with the road construction company and the police station.
Regarding the complaint about excessive advertising on the exterior walls of stores and the removal of banners to be handled according to the Advertising Act, he said, "The responsible department will verify the legality and handle it, and administrative processing will be carried out fairly."
In addition, a total of 12 complaints were raised at the Mobile Mayor's Office that day, including ▲a request to change the planned site of (tentative name) Gam-il Station to a historical and cultural park plaza, ▲creation of flower beds such as the cherry blossom road in Gam-il-dong, ▲installation of park restrooms in Gam-il 8 Complex and 5 Complex, and ▲expansion of resident autonomy programs (Senior Yoga).
Hanam City plans to continue diversifying the time slots and operating the Mobile Mayor's Office in spaces closely related to citizens' lives to expand opportunities for on-site communication with citizens.
