Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism Holds Exhibition Content Briefing on Restoration of Former Jeonnam Provincial Office

Disclosure of Exhibition Content Detailed Design and Related Information

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will hold a 'Public Briefing on the Exhibition Content for the Restoration of the Old Jeonnam Provincial Office' on the 18th at the main auditorium on the 9th floor of Jeonil Building 245, together with the Old Jeonnam Provincial Office Restoration Council, composed of Gwangju Metropolitan City and the Former Jeonnam Provincial Office Restoration Citizens' Committee.

They will disclose the detailed design plans for the exhibition content established after the 'Kick-off Meeting for the Exhibition Design, Production, and Installation of the Old Jeonnam Provincial Office' held last February, and report on the feedback process conducted to enhance the completeness of the exhibition.

Additionally, through a Q&A session with citizens including those related to the May 18 Democratic Movement, they will address questions and collect suggestions.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will accelerate the production and installation of the exhibition materials following the briefing. The project aims for completion by the end of October next year.

An official stated, "We will strive to ensure that the noble historical value of the May 18 Democratic Movement is fully reflected through close communication."
