The event was organized to introduce the core youth activity projects promoted throughout 2024 and to share the achievements of the past year together.

With about 70 local youths attending, the program proceeded in the order of ▲watching videos of Hanam City Youth Honorary Mayor and Youth Policy Advisory Group activities ▲preview of the 2025 youth support projects ▲awards ceremony for the youth policy contest ▲sharing achievements of the Youth Space club activities and recreation.

In particular, based on the 'recent concerns' and 'hopes for Hanam as youths' written by attendees upon entry, a 'Youth Counseling Center' was held. Mayor Lee Hyun-jae of Hanam City, who appeared unexpectedly dressed as Santa Claus, listened to and responded to the youths’ questions and suggestions, creating a time for free communication.

Also, in the second part, the Youth Space composition club’s project song composed for Hanam City was listened to, followed by a dance club performance and recreation time, making the performance sharing meeting a festive and joyful event under the shared theme of 'Hanam City.'

A youth who participated in this event said, “I didn’t realize that there were so many diverse policies for youths,” and added, “I will actively participate in next year’s youth support policies that I learned about through this event, and I hope such opportunities will be provided again next year.”

Mayor Lee Hyun-jae of Hanam City said, “It was a meaningful time to hear the diverse voices of local youths in one place,” and added, “We will spare no administrative support to resolve the concerns of youths heard today, and we will strive to implement youth policies that allow youths and Hanam to grow together.”
