The Democratic Party of Korea's fourth proposed 'Kim Geon-hee Special Prosecutor Act' has passed the National Assembly plenary session, and a video has been released showing First Lady Kim Geon-hee reading the palm lines of Seoul Voice reporter Lee Myung-su, who had disclosed the 7-hour recording of Kim during the last presidential election.

On the 12th, Seoul Voice released a video titled "First Public Release of Kim Geon-hee Reading Reporter Lee Myung-su's Palm Lines. Commemorating the Premiere of First Lady" on its official YouTube channel. The video is known to have been filmed in August 2021 when reporter Lee Myung-su was invited to First Lady Kim Geon-hee's office.

The released video shows Kim asking reporter Lee, "Why do you like women so much? Be honest with me." In response, Lee said, "Oh, no. There are people who follow me. Married people. They like me, so what can I do?" Kim then asked, "There is also a woman's name that comes up. It has the character 'Yeon' in it? Tell me about it. Is there a woman with the character 'Yeon'?" She continued, "Other girls are just X and that's it, X and that's it, but a girl with the character 'Yeon' has some lingering feelings. Right?"

Kim then read Lee Myung-su's love fortune from his palm lines, saying, "Be honest, if there is, say there is; if not, say there isn't," and claimed, "This guy has many women, and the women follow him well. He's popular. And he treats them well. Because when we look at him, he might seem a bit like a soldier, but he is very delicate and kind to women." Kim also told the surrounding staff, "Guys, this guy is also delicate and kind to women, so the women like him, and he is strong," which made everyone burst into laughter. In the video, Jang In-su said, "Reporter Lee Myung-su is married and has children, but he keeps meeting other women, and this is what they are talking about."

Reporter Lee Myung-su explained the reason for releasing the video as "to remind the public once again of the irrationality and recklessness of the Yoon Seok-yeol administration, which provoked the illegal declaration of martial law." He urged people to watch the movie 'First Lady,' saying, "The Yoon Seok-yeol administration's facing impeachment is closely related to First Lady Kim Geon-hee." The video recorded 730,000 views and over 2,300 comments within less than a day of its release.

The documentary film 'First Lady' deals with controversies surrounding First Lady Kim Geon-hee, wife of President Yoon. The day after the first screening of this film, on the morning of the 3rd, Seoul Voice's office, reporter Lee Myung-su, and Pastor Choi Jae-young were raided, and that night martial law was abruptly declared. Reporter Lee was scheduled to release recordings of Kim Geon-hee's maternal aunt and paternal aunt on the night martial law was declared.
