Merger Deadline February 18, Next Year
Lotte Shopping announced on the 12th that it will absorb and merge its subsidiary, Lotte Incheon Town.
Lotte Shopping holds 100% of the shares of Lotte Incheon Town, a real estate development company.
Lotte Shopping explained, "The purpose is to improve management efficiency by absorbing and merging a wholly owned subsidiary."
The merger agreement date is the 16th of this month, and the merger date is February 18 of next year.
