4 One-Room Units and 3 Two-Room Units
Namwon-si, Jeonbuk Province, is recruiting residents for the residential family practice farm until the 27th.
According to the city on the 12th, the family practice farm is a facility leased and operated by Namwon-si to reduce trial and error during the early settlement period for prospective return-to-farm and return-to-village individuals. This announcement is recruiting 7 households (4 one-room units and 3 two-room units).

If selected as a resident, they will live for 11 months from March 1 next year to January 31, 2026, and the Namwon-si Return-to-Farm and Return-to-Village Comprehensive Support Center will provide farming cultivation practice and practical education for settlement.
So far, the rent (88,000 KRW for one-room units, 98,000 KRW for two-room units) has been affordable, and the facility environment has been good, resulting in resident satisfaction. For more details, please check the announcement section on the city hall website.
A city official said, “Many prospective return-to-farm and return-to-village individuals are experiencing many difficulties during the early settlement period, so we hope that farming education and gathering more information about the city will greatly help them settle stably.”
