Providing Job Experience for Youth
Helping Youth Gain Field Experience and Economic Independence
Yeoju City, Gyeonggi Province (Mayor Lee Chung-woo) announced on the 12th that it is recruiting for the "2025 First Half Youth Short-term Job Experience Part-time Work" to provide young people with job experience at public institutions and support their economic independence.

The recruitment period is from the 11th to the 20th, and the eligible applicants are youths aged 18 to 39 who, as of the announcement date, have their own or their direct guardian's resident registration address in Yeoju City.
Applications can be submitted in person at the Welfare Administration Division of Yeoju City Hall during the recruitment period, and a total of 54 candidates will be selected through a computerized random draw.
The selected youths will be assigned to public institutions such as the city hall and libraries, where they can experience municipal administration and gain various administrative work experiences. The working period is from January 7 to February 21, 2025, with a 5-day workweek (4 hours per day), and the Yeoju City living wage will be applied.
A Yeoju City official stated, "We hope this project will provide practical help for young people to gain real job experience and prepare for entering society," and added, "We will continue to develop various support policies for youth."
