Hyundai Construction Launches Resident-Exclusive App... "Realizing Smart Home" Hyundai Construction's resident-exclusive apps 'my HILLS' and 'my THE H'. Provided by Hyundai Construction

Hyundai Construction launched a resident-exclusive application for implementing smart homes on the 12th.

For Hillstate residents, 'my HILLS' is introduced, and for THE H, 'my THE H' is offered.

My HILLS and my THE H are apps that allow users to access specialized services via mobile, ranging from pre-move-in sales and subscription information to post-move-in services (A/S), apartment Internet of Things (IoT), and community usage. Prospective residents can use these services through the app. Depending on the characteristics of the complex, up to 38 services are available.

Both apps will be available for download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store starting at the end of this month. My HILLS will be available first to residents of 'Hillstate Gwanak Cent Ciel' in Bongcheon-dong, Gwanak-gu, Seoul, who are scheduled to move in on January 2 next year. My THE H will be applied starting with 'THE H Daechi Edelweiss' in Daechi-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, scheduled for move-in in August next year.

The smart home service includes simple control of lighting and home appliances, as well as automation modes for bedtime or going out. Management fees and energy usage can also be checked via mobile. Through the visitor invitation feature, acquaintances' vehicles can be pre-registered. Using the 'H Helper,' which is planned to be added, users can resolve inconveniences such as clogged drains with a single click and access lifestyle support services like cleaning or car washing.

Additionally, community facilities and class reservations can be made through the app. Once smart ordering is introduced, items ordered from home can be received at the front door via robot delivery.

A Hyundai Construction official said, "The launch of this app is meaningful in expanding customer touchpoints," adding, "After launching this month, we will provide a second phase of functions to apply these features to complexes that have already been occupied, thereby realizing customer satisfaction."

Meanwhile, Hyundai Construction took the lead in providing advanced residential services by developing the first smart home system among construction companies in 2016 and introducing Korea's first AI-based voice home in 2018.
