In the black box footage released by Mr. A, as soon as he exited the underground parking lot, a village bus was seen on the opposite side. This village bus ran straight down the slope. However, upon closer inspection of the video, the driver's seat was empty. The village bus crashed into the parking lot wall once and then continued rushing down the slope. This accident occurred because the village bus driver parked on the slope without engaging the side brake, creating a dangerous situation that could have resulted in casualties.

Attorney Han Moon-cheol explained in a live broadcast on the 6th that "this accident was caused by the negligence of the village bus driver," and emphasized that "when parking or stopping on a slope, safety measures such as engaging the side brake and using wheel chocks are essential." He added, "Originally, driver insurance did not cover accidents occurring in a 'no-occupant state,' but recently, driver insurance policies that cover no-occupant accidents have emerged," advising, "It is recommended that other drivers update their insurance to prepare for no-occupant accidents."
